All appointments must be booked online.
We ask that you make sure you enter the correct contact information when booking so that we may get in touch with you if necessary. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the originally scheduled service total should you miss your appointment without proper notification. All appointments require 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits will not be returned on cancelled or mis-booked appointments. We will hold your deposit on file for up to one week and apply that amount to your rescheduled appointment. You must book and confirm the services you expect to receive. "add-ons" in the notes area when booking are not permitted. A deposit is required on all services booked. This deposit will be applied to your service total when you check out. If you are redeeming a gift card to cover the cost of your services this deposit will be refunded to you upon checkout.
If you are using a pre-paid service voucher you purchased from a third party
(such as GROUPON)
third party voucher offers are only valid for redemption on your FIRST EXPERIENCE and the purchase of multiple vouchers is not permitted nor will these vouchers be eligible for redemption. only ONE third party voucher of any type per client will be accepted.

any appointments booked absent of this information will be subject to cancellation. you will still be required to secure your appointment with a card however you will not be charged a deposit (your voucher will secure your appointment).please understand that the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy remain applicable and in booking an appointment using a third party voucher you acknowledge that you accept these terms and conditions.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not before as a courtesy to others that may be in service. You may utilize street parking available on either S. White or Eden st . entry details can be found in your confirmation email. Your entry will be granted at your scheduled appointment time but not prior.
Clients that may be running late should notify the salon of their ETA via text at 504.810.7743
no later than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
We ask that you leave all children and additional guest behind when you arrive for your appointment. failure to do so may result in cancellation subject to applicable fees.
No exceptions will be granted.
we do check our voicemails daily however to maintain a quiet environment
while services are being rendered we do not accept phone calls.
